📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks such as processing payroll, maintaining employee records, and updating HR databases.,Assist in the preparation and organization of HR-related documents and reports.,Provide administrative support during employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the coordination of training and development programs for employees.,Support the HR department in the implementation of company policies and procedures.,Assist in the organization and coordination of HR events and activities.,Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
