📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze equipment data using tools such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar asset management software
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize equipment performance and reduce downtime
• Conduct equipment inspections and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in equipment lifecycle management
• Develop and maintain equipment lifecycle documentation, including maintenance schedules, work orders, and inspection reports
• Provide technical support to end-users and ensure that equipment is operated and maintained according to best practices
• Monitor equipment performance metrics and provide regular reports to management
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in equipment lifecycle management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment lifecycle management or a similar role
• Certification in asset management, such as the Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP) or the Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP)
• Strong knowledge of asset management software, such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in Indonesian and English
