📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial records and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Monitor and manage the company's budget, ensuring it is used effectively and efficiently.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.,Manage payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.,Provide financial advice and support to other departments as needed.,Maintain relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Participate in financial planning and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with tax laws and regulations is a plus.
