PT Tambang Eka is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize the company's fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, ensuring the efficient and safe operation of our vehicles. This role is crucial in maintaining the company's operational efficiency and safety standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for safe and efficient operation.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule and route vehicles, optimizing fuel and maintenance costs.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to fleet operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Coordinate with mechanics and service providers to schedule and complete vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, fuel efficiency, and maintenance costs.,Train and supervise drivers on safe driving practices and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in fleet operations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
