As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining cost efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project requirements.,Monitor and maintain cost efficiency in the procurement process.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.,Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and other procurement-related documents.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, laws, and regulations.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian procurement practices and procedures is a plus.
