📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's vision and goals.,Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure effective execution of HR functions.,Oversee employee relations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.,Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and development.,Manage compensation and benefits to attract and retain top talent.,Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.,Collaborate with senior management to address HR challenges and opportunities.,Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in a senior executive role.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions in a multi-cultural environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in property management or related industries is a plus.,Certification in HR management or related fields is a plus.
