Sans Care is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Shopkeeper to join our team in Yogyakarta. As a Shopkeeper, you will be responsible for managing our retail store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer needs.,Provide excellent customer service, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.,Promote sales and special offers to increase customer engagement.,Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.,Assist in training and supervising junior staff members.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and sales techniques.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is an advantage.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office or similar software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
