📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in navigating the vessel and ensuring safe passage.,Monitor and maintain all navigation equipment and systems.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with maritime regulations.,Manage and supervise the crew, ensuring they follow all safety protocols and work efficiently.,Coordinate with shore-based teams for efficient port operations and logistics.,Maintain accurate records of vessel operations and crew activities.,Assist in the planning and execution of voyage schedules and routes.,Handle emergency situations and ensure a swift and effective response.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Deck Officer or similar role in maritime operations.,Valid STCW Basic Safety Training Certificate (BSTC) or equivalent.,Knowledge of maritime regulations and safety protocols.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate (SMC) and Personal Survival Techniques (PST) certificate.,Experience with ECDIS and other navigation software is a plus.
