📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Support the HR team in organizing and executing HR-related events and activities.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting performance reviews and employee feedback sessions.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure all HR materials are up-to-date and accessible.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR role.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.
