📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Brand Ambassador in managing and developing the brand's image and reputation.,Conduct regular customer surveys and feedback sessions to gather insights and improve our services.,Organize and participate in brand promotion events and activities.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and mentor staff on brand values, customer service, and sales techniques.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to achieve company goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is a plus.
