📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales reports to the management team.,Assist in the training and development of new sales staff.,Coordinate with the marketing team to promote sales initiatives.,Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.,Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is beneficial.
