📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel usage, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.,Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including driver assignments, route planning, and vehicle inspections.,Maintain accurate records of fleet performance, including vehicle maintenance history, fuel consumption, and mileage.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly insured and that insurance policies are up-to-date.,Monitor and report on fleet costs, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance, to ensure cost efficiency.,Provide support to the operations team as needed, including assisting with logistics and transportation planning.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements for fleet operations.
