Hokian Fajar Cafe & Coffee is seeking a skilled Lead Civil Engineer to oversee and manage our construction projects. As a Lead Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and supervising the construction of our new cafe and coffee shop. This is a full-time position based in Palembang, Sumatera Selatan. The salary is negotiable and will be based on your experience and qualifications.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee the planning, design, and construction of our new cafe and coffee shop.
• Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise a team of engineers and construction workers.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure that all safety regulations are followed.
• Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders to ensure that the design and construction meet our expectations.
• Prepare and submit construction reports and other necessary documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in civil engineering.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior engineers in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different project sites.
