📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and staff.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Manage and maintain accounting records and systems.,Prepare and review budgets and forecasts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with the last 3 years in a senior or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
