CV Pancaran Mega is looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Staff to join our team. This is a remote position based in Tenggarong. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. The role offers a competitive salary of Rp 2.000.000 – Rp 3.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the supply chain processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.,Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.,Analyze and report on supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the supply chain.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.,Participate in inventory audits and quality control processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role.,Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.,Proficient in using supply chain management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and regulations is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian language is required.
