Lead and manage the analytics team, ensuring they are aligned with business goals and delivering high-quality insights.,Drive data-driven decision making across the organization by providing actionable insights and recommendations.,Develop and maintain data analytics processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytics requirements.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in data analytics and apply them to our business.,Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.,Strong understanding of data analytics tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.,Proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and business environment is a plus.
