📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, implement, and manage DLP solutions to protect sensitive data across the organization.,Monitor and analyze DLP alerts to detect and respond to potential data loss incidents.,Collaborate with IT and security teams to ensure DLP policies align with organizational requirements.,Conduct regular audits and assessments of DLP policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to end-users on DLP best practices and policies.,Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and trends in data security to proactively enhance DLP strategies.,Document DLP processes, policies, and procedures for compliance and reference purposes.,Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure DLP solutions meet regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in DLP implementation and management.,Proven expertise in DLP platforms such as Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint, or Netskope.,Strong knowledge of data protection regulations and compliance requirements.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Certifications in DLP or related security domains are a plus.,Familiarity with cloud-based DLP solutions is a plus.
