📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and sales tracking.,Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized to meet customer demand and maintain high levels of cleanliness.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.,Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products and drive customer engagement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions and operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and staff.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome challenges.
