As a Bancassurance Specialist at AmBank, you will work closely with our sales team to identify and develop insurance needs of our clients, and then design and present tailored insurance solutions. You will also be responsible for managing the entire bancassurance process, from initial consultation to policy issuance and customer service.

• Identify and develop insurance needs of clients through consultations and market research.
• Design and present tailored insurance solutions to clients, leveraging AmBank's bancassurance products.
• Manage the entire bancassurance process, from initial consultation to policy issuance and customer service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor and report on bancassurance sales performance and market trends.
• Provide training and support to junior staff members.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in bancassurance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of bancassurance products into AmBank's overall business strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bancassurance, insurance sales, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of bancassurance products, regulations, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or SAP.
• Valid insurance sales license or certification from a recognized institution.
