In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of civil engineering projects, from initial planning to final execution. You will use industry-leading software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6 to design, analyze, and manage projects. Daily, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including cost estimates, schedules, and resource allocations, using software like Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and resolve any issues that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and project teams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in civil engineering.
• Prepare and present project reports and progress updates to stakeholders and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil infrastructure engineering, with a proven track record in managing large-scale projects.
• Proficiency in using civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of environmental impact assessment and sustainability practices in civil engineering.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Valid professional engineering license (SIPA) is a plus.
