📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
Proven experience in optimizing operations and improving efficiency.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related field is a plus.
