📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist customers at the festival entrance, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate booths or services.
• Promote Watsons products and services to festival attendees.
• Assist with product demonstrations and samples, ensuring customers have a hands-on experience.
• Handle cash transactions and provide receipts for purchases.
• Ensure the festival area is clean and organized, following health and safety guidelines.
• Report any issues or concerns to the event supervisor immediately.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event experience for all attendees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic retail operations and customer service principles.
• Ability to lift and carry light to moderate weights.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Basic knowledge of English is a plus.
