📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and milk drinks to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.,Assist in the daily operations of the café, including opening and closing procedures.,Train and mentor new staff members.,Uphold the café's standards of cleanliness and organization.,Interact with customers to provide excellent service and build a positive café experience.,Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Familiarity with milk-based beverage preparation and latte art.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new coffee trends and techniques.
