• Handle incoming calls from patients, visitors, and healthcare professionals with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring accurate and timely information is provided.
• Assist in managing emergency calls, providing immediate support and guidance.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
• Update and maintain patient records using hospital management software.
• Provide information about hospital services, facilities, and policies to callers.

• Monitor call quality and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or telephone operator role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a calm and patient demeanor.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
