• Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives to drive community expansion and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local businesses, event organizers, and influencers.
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand Entourage's reach and impact.
• Manage and oversee the implementation of partnership agreements and contracts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze partnership performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partnership management and community growth.
• Represent Entourage at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and credibility.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, community growth, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully building and managing strategic partnerships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar.
