📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple preschools, ensuring all locations meet high standards of quality and safety.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the educational programs and facilities at each preschool.
• Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of each preschool, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, stakeholders, and community partners to ensure the success of the preschool network.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, and share this knowledge with the team.
• Manage the budget and resources for the preschools under your supervision, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency.
• Represent My World Preschool Ltd at local and regional events, promoting the benefits of early childhood education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in preschool management or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple preschools or educational facilities.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Familiarity with early childhood education curricula and assessment tools, such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or other recognized methodologies.
• Experience with educational software and tools, such as Google Workspace for Education, Seesaw, or other similar platforms.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus.
